FAQs

Are children allowed?

Due to safety reasons children are not allowed on the property. There are unfenced dams on the property which pose a safety risk to children.

Are infants allowed?

Yes, your little ones are welcome at the Round Hill cabin.

The cabin is not safe for children who are crawling.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately no – there is not sufficient fences for your four legged friends to join you.

Out of respect of our neighbours’ cattle and our beloved Labrador Keith who lives at the property, we wish to ensure their safety and their home is free for them to roam.

Can I have guests visit us?

Yes, invite your friends/family to join you for a meal, share a pizza in the courtyard. We do ask that you limit guests to two people. As we live on an easement (shared driveway) we aim to keep traffic to a minimum. We do ask that you respect noise limits and please do not invite your guests to stay (if you are drinking alcohol, they will need to plan how to drive home safely, there are limited transport options).

Can I get married/get ready with my wedding party at Round Hill?

We love weddings, though unfortunately we are unable to host weddings at Round Hill.

On application, we will consider you getting ready with your wedding party or host an elopement, please send us an enquiry with more details.

Do you hire Round Hill cabin for editorial/ commercial use?

Please contact us to discuss.

Do you have a TV?

Round Hill is all about disconnecting and enjoying time to unwind and reset. There is no TV.

Do you have reliable Wifi?

There is Wifi at Round Hill, due to being based in the hills the reliability can depend on the weather. Dependent on your provider you will likely have reception at the cabin. You can walk up the hill a little if your reception is patchy for a clear signal.

Can we swim in your dams?

Please do not swim in the dams. Wish to cool off, enjoy a dip in the plunge pool.

Have another question? Please contact us, we are more than happy to help.
